For networks and mortgage clubs
Oversee hundreds of advisers. Review only the exceptions.
Archway guides every adviser through the right steps on every case, and records every override. Your compliance team sees where cases went off the standard route, not a random sample.
The problem
You carry the risk. You can’t read every file.
- A network carries the risk of every adviser’s files.
- Sampling catches some problems, and catches them late.
- Different advisers use different processes and different tools.
The right process by default
One guided process, every exception on the record.
Archway shows every adviser what's wrong and what's next, so they do the next right thing every time. That means firms can bring in less experienced staff and still trust the process.
One process across every firm
Each case follows the same guided steps, whichever firm or adviser handles it.
Compliance up front
Missing information stops a case moving on.
Need to move a case on anyway? A senior colleague can authorise an override, and it's recorded. Each firm chooses how strictly the checks apply, and can switch them off.
Every exception on the record
Overrides are allowed, and Archway logs who, when and why.
A network view
See override rates, open exceptions and case progress across every firm and adviser.
Being built with our first network partners
Archway gets it right at both ends: guided from the first step, checked before it goes out.
Front end
The right process by default
From the first enquiry, Archway guides every user to the next right step, with front-end and back-end validation, so cases are built properly as they go.
In between
Overrides on the record
Users can override when a case needs it, and Archway records who, when and why.
Back end
The File Standard check
Before submission, specialist lending cases are checked against the Specialist Lending File Standard, and a locked evidence pack is created on completion.
Review the exceptions
See where cases left the standard route.
Your compliance team stops sampling everything and starts reviewing the exceptions. Below is an early design of the network view we're building with our first network partners.

One case, start to finish
How an exception reaches your reviewer.
An illustrative debt consolidation case, from the first conversation to your review queue.
- 1
Fact find
An adviser who rarely does second charge takes on a debt consolidation case. As Smart Capture reads the call notes, the advice-quality check asks why the debts built up, before the form is even filled. A possible vulnerability is flagged and logged on the case.
- 2
Before submission
The File Standard check spots that one debt has been left out of the consolidation with no reason recorded, and the case can’t move on.
- 3
Override
There’s a good reason: the client is clearing that card from savings. A senior colleague authorises the override, and Archway logs who, when and why.
- 4
Review
Your reviewer sees the override and the vulnerability flag, with the evidence already on the case. A quick check, not a full file review.
Specialist lending built in
Checked against the Specialist Lending File Standard before submission.
Second charge, bridging and debt consolidation cases are checked against the Specialist Lending File Standard, published by Lending Intelligence, before submission, with a locked evidence pack on completion.

Volume pricing per active adviser. You pay only for advisers who use Archway that month, and the rate falls as more of your advisers use it. AI is included, not sold as an extra.
No contract: 30 days' notice, any time.
Archway never takes a share of your fees or commission. Our income doesn't go up when your client pays more.
Independence and your members’ data
Software only. Your members’ clients stay theirs.
Archway makes its money from licences, never from your members' clients. Using it never requires a firm to place business with any broker.
Each firm stands alone
Every member firm has its own account, users and data. Nothing is shared between firms.
Export everything, any time
Firms can take all of their data with them whenever they want, in a format agreed up front.
Case detail only with consent
Your team sees firm-level figures. A firm grants case-level access for review, and can withdraw it at any time.
No lock-in
No contract and 30 days’ notice. Archway has to keep earning its place across your network.
Start with a pilot
Clear about what’s ready, and what we’ll build with you.
Start with a group of your firms, set up, trained and migrated for them. We agree the success measures before you begin, such as file-review time per case and issues caught before submission. Your reviewers tell us what they need to see, and we build that first.
