Connected referral partners

A professional introducer portal—complete referrals, without the chase.

Give introducers a secure place to send better-qualified opportunities, attach supporting information and follow progress. Every referral enters the brokerage workflow from day one—while advice stays with the authorised firm.

Built for the hand-off

What is a mortgage introducer portal?

It is a role-appropriate workspace for referral partners. Archway’s introducer portal lets invited introducers send complete leads and follow progress, without giving them the adviser’s CRM, sourcing tools or the ability to submit to a lender.

For introducers

A professional, secure way to send work.

For the brokerage

Leads arrive complete and already in the pipeline.

For the applicant

The case starts with a usable record, not a chase.

The incomplete hand-off

Why do introducer leads stall before the brokerage can act?

Because they still arrive as a forwarded email. Archway asks for a complete referral once—so the firm is not reconstructing the opportunity from a thread, and the introducer is not chasing for a status update.

Quote without crossing the line

Can introducers quote in Archway?

Yes—an indicative quick quote. That lets a partner show a client the kind of products they could, or could not, get. A full quote, with more reliable rates and products, is reserved for the brokerage.

For introducers

Quick quotes for the conversation.

An invited introducer can run a quick quote and show a client the kind of products they could—or could not—get. The results are indicative only.

  • Enough to frame what may be available
  • Useful in the first conversation, without waiting on the brokerage
  • Not a recommendation, illustration or full quote

Reserved for the brokerage

Full quotes stay with the adviser.

A full quote uses a more complete picture of the case. More reliable rates and products remain with the authorised firm before any advice or submission.

  • Richer case data behind the results
  • The rates and products the firm will actually work from
  • Suitability, recommendation and submission stay here

What introducers can see

Can introducers see the full mortgage case?

No. They see the opportunities they sent, any indicative quick quotes they ran, and the progress the brokerage chooses to share. The working file, full quote, advice and submission stay with authorised users.

  • Invited access only—each introducer sees their own referrals
  • Indicative quick quotes they ran—not the brokerage’s full quote
  • Status that is useful, not a second copy of the CRM
  • The brokerage remains in control of permissions and visibility

Two sides of the same case

Who is the introducer portal for?

Referral partners get a proper workspace. The brokerage keeps a connected pipeline. Neither side has to reconstruct the opportunity from an inbox.

For referral partners

Introducers

A secure, professional way to send better-qualified opportunities and know they were received.

  • A professional place to send work

Submit complete opportunities from a secure portal instead of mixing referrals through email and chat.

  • Supporting files with the lead

Upload documents and notes so the brokerage can start with a usable file, not a name and a number.

  • Indicative quick quotes

Show a client the kind of products that may or may not be available—without running the brokerage’s full quote.

  • Visibility that is actually useful

See that a referral was received, who owns it, and the progress the firm chooses to share.

For the authorised firm

The brokerage

Introducer work arrives in the same CRM as the rest of the pipeline, with ownership and next actions already visible.

  • Better-qualified opportunities

Structured capture reduces incomplete referrals and the back-and-forth that slows first contact.

  • One record, from the first hand-off

Every introducer lead enters the same client and case workflow your team already works in.

  • Full quotes stay with the firm

More complete data, more reliable rates and products remain with the authorised brokerage.

  • Partners informed, advisers protected

Introducers stay updated without sitting in the adviser workspace or running a full quote.

Clear boundaries

Does the introducer portal let introducers give mortgage advice?

No. Archway does not turn an introducer into an adviser. The portal supports the referral. The authorised firm remains responsible for advice, suitability, the recommendation and any lender submission.

Introducers must only act within the scope of their FCA status, appointed representative agreement or introducer arrangement.

What introducers can do

  • Submit structured referral details
  • Attach supporting information and documents
  • Run indicative quick quotes
  • See that a lead was received and assigned
  • Follow the progress the brokerage chooses to share

What stays with the authorised firm

  • Advice, suitability and the recommendation
  • Full quotes, more reliable rates and products
  • Lender submission
  • The complete working case record
  • Who can see what, and when it is shared
